You will have 20 minutes to watch the video, research the Community Partner and record the challenge that they pose.

Take good notes on this challenge as it will be the one you use to complete your Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship (ICE) challenge, your Sector-Partnered Experience (SPE) component required to complete your SHSM program and earn your red seal.
